Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but exploring whether this space is right for you is a meaningful first step. Whether you’re new to counseling or it is a familiar practice you are returning to, my role as your therapist is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can work through anxiety, self-doubt, and unhelpful patterns that may be getting in your way. Together, we’ll explore the beliefs that no longer serve you so you can build confidence, strengthen self-esteem, and step into a more authentic version of yourself.

This will help me get a sense of what’s bringing you to therapy and whether we’re a fit to work together.

Set Up Your First Therapy Session

During our call, if we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first therapy appointment within a week.

We Do the Work

We’ll meet via confidential, HIPAA-compliant video. I like to see new clients weekly for the first couple of months of therapy - from there, we can make adjustments if you need.
